Working with the local schools in Horsford and Hevingham
Revd Margaret is the Bishops Appointed School Governor for Horsford Church of England VA Primary School and regularly takes Collective Worship at both school sites in Horsford. Revd Margaret also has excellent engagement with the Hevingham Primary School school assemblies.
Throughout the school year special services are held to celebrate significant seasons such as Harvest, Advent, or for school leavers moving on to new secondary schools.

In 2024 Revd Margaret put on her cycle hi-vis and led a sponsored cycle raising funds for the scooter pods in Horsford Primary School.

The churches in Horsford Benefice support the Horsford Helpers Food parcels.
Collections points for the 'Food Parcels' are in 'All Saints', Horsford, and 'St. Margaret's' Felthorpe.

The 'Horsford Helpers' are an amazing team of volunteers in the villages of Horsford and Felthorpe supporting local families with food parcels and other practical help.
Remembrance
Each year a service of commemorative remembrance is held at 'All Saints' Horsford and St Mary St Botolph's church by the War Memorial in the church yards.
It is an important opportunity, in busy village life, to set aside time to give thanks for those who have given their lives for their country and to pray for peace.
Collections at these services are taken to support the Royal British Legion and Military Ministries International.
